I've got the same setup in this thread here, but couldn't find any resistors that small, the smallest ones I have are 10ohm 1/4 watt. I was wondering if i could set up 2 or 3 in parallel to try and cut down the resistance for those 3 LEDs?

Well...you *can*, but I don't think that's a good idea. If you want to get your 10 ohm resistors down to 0.5 ohms, you'll need 20 of them in parallel. You're better off ordering the proper resistors.
