Is one of the bolts use to hold down the blade in that kit?

the thumbscrew is used to hold in the blade. the four identical bolts hold on the heatsink, and the 2 nylon screws hold on the led

Do I have to buy the thumbscrews to hold down the blade or it already come with the kit?

everything you need except the led, lens, lens holder, and solder w/ iron is included in the kit
