    Yes....hence what i said above....it shouldn't vibrate like that. I think your EZ lock shaft is not assembles right. Buy one of these blade sets that has a EZ Lock shaft in it and try it. Went thru all mine and just got the EZ688-01 11 pieces from Lowe's.

    It only came with the one disc. Hopefully Dremel customer service will offer up a replacement before I try anything else. Thank you for the feedback everyone.
