Default Some mods to TCSS parts

Here is my take on some of the parts I ordered from TCSS.
I included how I made the switch cover. I wanted the
cover to have some complex curves but didn't want to do
it on my bandsaw which would have required some gymnastics.
The hilt is ready for electronics, something I have not done yet.
The pommel has a Celtic "Power" symbol mounted in the end.
I cut a parabolic curve in the end of my modified pommel and
polished it. Also polished the mount for the medallion so it appears
    to float in the end.
Hope you enjoy.... : ) Gary

Drilled the holes at the corners of the diamond to mount the curved aluminum then
used a step drill to enlarge those holes at the mid point of the sides to create the curve

The switch mounting plate will be painted black for contrast, I plan to polish the other
    aluminum parts.

That's very cool. I dig. The design is really simple, but elegant like a hilt should be. Nice work. Can't wait to see more.
