Those values are not correct.
From FJK's sticky post on Ohm's Law: Resistance (Ohms) = (Voltage of battery - Forward voltage of LED) / Current.
Note: when calculating wattage for LEDs run at 1000mA, the wattage will be equal to the ohms. Yay for easy math!
Your battery has a voltage of 3.7v. Your LEDs have forward voltages of 3.58v (green), 2.59v (red), and 3.41v (royal blue), and they all run at 1A (1000mA).
For the green, the math would be: R = (3.7 - 3.5
/ 1 = 0.12 ohms. You'll want a resistor that is at least 1/8 ohm, 1/8 watt. There's a 0.47 ohm 0.5 watt resistor in the store that will do the job quite well. I'll leave the other two for you to calculate.
