Hilt Inner Diameter

Hello,

I'm new to the forum and was wondering what minimum inner diameter I need for a hilt to fit all the electronics. I searched for awhile and couldn't find a clear answer for myself. The reason I ask is I am planning on machining my own and would like to use aluminum tube with a 1" inner diameter. I see that most components should fit but I am not sure about the speaker and LEDs.

A 1" inner diameter will fit all of the electronics just fine, except you wouldn't be able to use a 28mm speaker (you'd have to use a smaller one).

Thanks. I should be able to machine out just the speaker end as well.
