    Default Best Soldering Temp?

What is the best soldering temp? My iron goes from 200 to 500C or 392 to 932F.

I generally solder around 600*F. Sometimes kick my iron up closer to 650*F if the part has a giant heatsink and I need to dump more energy into it to melt the solder.

I tend to stick around 600-650F as well.
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.

    I typically use 350C. That's 662F according to google!
