Thread: Noyl's first "blinky" hilt

    Default Noyl's first "blinky" hilt

    Howdy,
As you may have guessed from the title, I have no name for this hilt. Nonetheless I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I debated on the blade color until I realized I had a Tri-cree GGR in my box. So I definitely ended up doing another green saber.
This one I did will all MHS parts, chassis, switches and box from TCSS. The sound card is a CF7 (12 fonts ) and really sounds good IMHO.
    Here's some pics

A video as well. Couldn't get the timing to show the blinky on camera

I like it with the green. Are you planning on weathering the pommel insert?

You do some really good weathering on your sabers.

Thanks. I've seen lots of good work all around this forum when it comes to everything weathering and all. So make me smile when someone includes me in that line up

I can weather it, or I could leave it. Any suggestions? I don't think it looks bad, but you are right. Should be weathered to match

Once again, another awesome saber. Love the design, love the weathering.

If it were me, I'd weather it. It doesn't look bad, just draws more attention not weathered.
