If you did the switch overlay in silver or brass, it wouls blend better. Without it it does look more like your original build.

I agree, maybe silver would be nice as the rest of the overlay is brass, but I don't have any silver tubing and I just didn't like the plastic. It made it look tacky. I think it will stay as is now. As I use it when I am out, I get quite a few comments and people wanting to look at it and try it. I have added mounts for it and the next saber (waiting on parts from TCSS) outside the doors to our media room.

With the Blast Shield down I can't even see.. how am I supposed to fight
I to like it like this....the black overlay an chunks black blocks on silver pommel didn't fit with the main look. Very nice etching work by the way.
And yeah I bet you get a lot of people stopping you to look at it....nice saber bro...glad your feeling better.
