I'm pretty sure it was the $40 one, but in all honesty, I wouldn't buy either.

Found it through a tooling and fixture supply list, and also on ebay.

If you don't want a free-spinning chuck, then that's the thing for you. If you want one that spins, run. Run far away from that tail stock chuck, and don't look back.
