Second saber build (pvc)

This is my second build. Like my first one I used pvc for the hilt. The soundboard is from a kids ultimate fx vader lightsaber rewired to get rid if the demo switch. I used a 3W R/G/B LED which I wired each color to an on/ off switch. The speaker is a 2 watt bass speaker. All powered by 3AAA batteries. I used the battery holder from a cheap dollar store flashlight.

Thanks guys. I'm working on a full wiring diagram, but in the mean time I a detailed pic of how I wired the Ultimate FX soundboard so you don't have to keep that demo switch attached. The jumper is what takes out the demo switch.

LED Emitter: 3W

DC Forward Voltage (VF) : Red 2.0-2.6V, Green: 3.0-3.6V. Blue: 3.0-3.6V
DC Forward Currect (IF) : 700mA for each color
Beam Angle: 115 degrees
Lens color: water clear
PCB board: Diameter star 20mm base
Resin (Mold): Silicone Resin
Certificate: CE&ROSH
Lifespan Time: > 50,000 hours

Exotic colors! And the leather grip is a nice touch. Where did you find the ultimate fx board? My area only stocks blade builders.

Thank you. I bought them over a year ago from Hasbro's online store. They had the pre rebels version vader ones for $20 so I bought 2 of them. It just took me a while to research and collect all the other pieces to use them.
