Thanks. I used Testor spray lacquer. They covers nicely.

Great diagrams thanks!! Just wondered are all the boards in the Ultimate FX line the same? I'm thinking of taking apart a Luke ROTJ UFX saber.. also, is there a vid of this working?

Thanks guys. I'm working on a full wiring diagram, but in the mean time I a detailed pic of how I wired the Ultimate FX soundboard so you don't have to keep that demo switch attached. The jumper is what takes out the demo switch.

Please educate me. I've seen the hot glue over solder points technique before, but I don't understand its purpose.

Hot glue protects the solder joints from stress when you pull on the wires.
