Default building my first MHS saber - what do you think?

    Hello there!
so this will be my first try and i would be glad if some of the expert out here could have a look at it if this is ever going to live!
It's going to be a green lightsaber with sound

    LED electronics:
    Green/Green/White Cree XP-E2 CopperNova
    Star thermal tape pad
MHS Heat Sink V4 (Flat Style) OR MHS Heat Sink V3
    18deg Tri-Rebel/Cree Star Lens
    .5ohm 3w resistor

    battery and sound:
MHS speaker mount V6 - For 28mm Speakers
    18650 Single Cell Holder
    Nano Biscotte Sound Module V3
    2W 28mm Bass Speaker
9" Electronics shield for 1.25" ID tubes
    1/16" Heatshrink tubing
    1/8" Adhesive lined heatshrink tubing

    hilt and switch:
    MHSV1 Blade Holder Style 27
Hilt Style 1 (7" Double female threaded connector) + Machine 16mm AV switch hole
    MPS Pommel style 4
    MPS Clip
    Brass MPS Insert style 6
    MHS choke style 2
16mm Anti Vandal Short Momentary Green Ring Switch
    Brass bezel for illuminated switches
Drill & Tap Hole (8-32) "service" for retention screw
    3/4" D-Ring + D-ring belt mount
    8-32 x 3/8" Stainless Steel thumb screw

at home i have: sodering pen, dremel, wire cutter. I dont have anything to drill holes so i hope i got everything regarding drilling.
i am not sure with the choke and heatsink, which would be best? i dont think the bulky one will fit but maybe i can dremel it down?

with the blades i havent decided yet. can i buy one form vaders vault and it will fit?
here is a small render from the MHS editor:

Your list looks mostly complete, but get more than one star thermal tape pad. It's very easy to mess up the first time you use one.

It's recommend to use a separate resistor for each LED.

You will need a resistor for the LED in your switch. The DynaOhm resistor will work for that, but it must go on the positive wire to the switch LED. The DynaOhm has an in side that connects to the power source or soundboard, and an out side that connects to the LED.
