Anakin RotS 2005 Kit "Wiggle"

Just finished my converting my 2005 MR Anakin RotS kit today, and Im noticing a slight wiggle up at the blade holder. Now, I did not tape the blade holder to the rest of the electronics as I could find the sweet spot for both the switch hole and the retention hole to line up. Was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and the best way to fix it.

I can't think of any easy fix. I wound up replacing the chrome button adapter discs with tighter-fitting aluminum ones to reduce the foward-back wiggle. Replaced the thumbscrew with an 8-32 button head and tapped the brass eye screwhole with an 8-32 thread. Those two screws keep the blade holder firmly secured to the bottom of the hilt. Graflex-style button was modified into an 8-32 retention thumbscrew.

The aluminum discs you used, were those found parts or custom made?

I had this problem too. I had to take the whole thing apart and strategically apply hockey tape to the blade holder. It was pain to get it back in, but now the thing is super solid.
