    Simple description for you:

    1. Find piece of PVC tubing that fits inside your saber. If the PVC is too large, you may need to use a lathe or other tool to decrease the size of the PVC.
    2. Draw a design for how you want your chassis to look. This will depend greatly on what components are going in your saber, and how you want them positioned.
    3. Use a rotary tool like a Dremel to cut the PVC to the shape you want. Hacksaws and hand files will also work, but they are slower.
    4. Clean up the chassis with some light sanding, hand files, etc.
    5. Install parts, adjust chassis if necessary.
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.
