    Default A question about switches

    Hi!

Will two short 16mm switches fit on opposite sides of a main body or extension without touching each other? That is to say, are the short 16mm switches less than half of the diameter of a body/extension?

    Thanks!

Doubtful. Take a look at the dimensions tab here http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/16...itch-P617.aspx

You also have to take into account wires, solder and heat shrink.

Hrmm... What about the 12mm? I can't seem to find the other dimensions on those.

I don't think there is a "short" version of the 12mm, And I doubt that if it is shorter than the 16mm, it wouldn't be by much.

You're better off either offsetting them or using a different selection of switches.

Although I haven't tried it- just by looking at it I can tell you- not easily. They would likely barely touch.

You can if you use bezels. Otherwise, no. I've tried.
