Default Accent LED question for Nano Biscotte

I have decided to add an accent LED to my build and I found a blue 5mm but im a little confused. The power indicator Pad (Off in Sleep mode) on the NB pushes 3.3 volts. Since the accent LED voltage rating is 3.2-3.5v, does that mean I dont need to add a resistor? Thanks

    Specification
    Color Blue
    Luminous Intensity (mcd,typical) 4500
    Voltage Rating 3.2-3.5V
    Wavelength 468nm
    Bin Group 4500
    Power Type 1 W

Best rule of thumb is to always use a resistor, even if you don't have to.
