RGB led wiring

I have a question regarding main dice on Petit Cruton V3. 5.. I have a tri rebel RGB I wired Red led to main dice Green + Blue pos batt and neg to Bridged foot print when I pull kill key is red led supposed to come on before I activate saber?Red was very dim I thought dice was supposed to be The main color I wanted Red when I mix colors its more blue and green did I wire this wrong? I wanted to change to all 3 color ...then I wired green to dice ..red to blue pulled kill key green flashed then shut down and rice is not connecting

your red led should not come on until you push the activation button...it sounds like something is not wired properly. Can you post pictures of wiring?

I may have over heated the board my iron was not heating properly

That shouldn't effect the red coming on. Let's get some of the pics of your wiring to help.
