Default My First Saber Build Ever (Pvc)

Hey everyone! Im a Noob to building sabers, this is my first saber attempt. All feedback is welcome! This is gonna be a Stormtrooper themed saber and i will continue to post updates!

    My plans for the build:

Custom made LED String Blade (Blue)

    Nano Biscotte v2

    7.4v 18500

    Illuminated/exposed crystal chamber

    Illuminated Blue Halo Switch

If anyone has any cool ideas for the hilt feel free to post em.. I was planning on just adding some grips

The red knob (which will be painted black) is my emitter shroud retention screw

I grafted a threaded abs piece to make a removable pommel

tonight im gonna finish the crystal chamber and add all the threaded inserts for securing the pieces

    * The Blue tape is just to help keep the emmiter shround from sliding around *

    It's looking great so far!
Is most of the detail done with a rotary tool?

Love the rib core, and the general elements of this design. Proof, again, that truly wonderful sabers can be found made from PVC.

    Following this.
