Ok I aquired a 05(is that right vortex) vader MR for sound and lighting now I was wandering about the wires, I got a red, brown and a black and 2 yellow wires.

I know the 2 yellow wires are for the switch, the red is power and black is ground. What about the brown wire? does the brown wires on my speaker go to it? and what of the yellow? is it a power or ground and where does it connect? The rest is a straight forward switch for lux.

When I wire up my battery holder do I put all power wires on positive and ground on ground.

I checked the faq's and the thread index Xwing and theres nothing. I think we should get a wiring schematic for each MR board.

if your talking about the wires on the speaker the brown goes to brown whilst the yellow goes to the positive.

I believe the 2 yellow wires go to the switch. black, brown and red are power and speaker.

Normally it's blue for the switch, but since it's two that's what it has to be. Red is split to battery pack and speaker. Brown is speaker as labeled on the board. Black of course is ground and goes to the batteries.
