    WHat glue should I use got gluing the blade tips on?

    hehe, gottcha you. You didn't read the FAQ. :P

    I FAQ'ed that in the first original set of entries.

    To restate it: Weld-on is awesome. There are quite a few like it, pro-weld, etc... Stay away from epoxies and most of all super glue (with the exception of the plastic version). Super glue will "craze" the PolyC and make it haze.

    If you can't find a Weld-on like glue look for something that states it's for plastics. If it states acrylic then it's probably good for PolyC also.

    Glues like weld-on work because they chemically bond, they actually melt the two pieces together. Epoxies especially just grab the surface and will hold until you give it a good whack.

    Yup, that's the stuff. A little vial of the stuff will last you 100 sabers as it only takes one dab of a brush or 1cc of a syringe to make a saber tip bond.

    I use the stuff for my architecture models. Over the last two years I've probably spent more on acrylic for those models than sabers and I haven't even used half of one of those big cans.

    they sell weld-on products at homedepot, but they arent the ones that would be good for us
