I actually really like the color scheme.

I was wondering how you mounted your Chassis to the choke section. It looks like you may have put some all thread on in the holes closer in on the metal disk of your crystal chamber an ran it up thru the choke?

I didn't take many work in progress pictures, but I found this one:


I only kept the 3 gold rods in in the finished saber; the silver ones in that same area were only to temporarily hold the wires going through and out the crystal chamber. I then slipped a gender changer over the section which has the gold rods to give it that look which you see in the finished saber

The crystal chamber/electronics are looks great!
