    Good idea. I've used teflon tape to tighten up threads that needed to still be able to turn and adjust but never thought of it as a loctite substitute.
    Would a lightsaber switchblade be redundant?

    maybe try an o-ring.. less permanent.

    Hmm. I'm probably going to start with the Teflon tape first and move on if the solution isn't adequate. Thanks for all the ideas, guys!
