Post Momentary, Latching, recharge port & derpface

After ordering from jqsabers, as well as talking to them a little about electronics, I have:
    a momentary led switch
    a white cree led
    powerjack
    Battery Pack 18650

and a momentary switching board, with labelled wires:
"led+" coming from the top vout (with vout being top right corner or as seen in post below)
"switch led+" coming from lower vout
"switch" (2 wires) coming from switch (bingo)
"switched tab on socket" or "switchable - on socket" coming from lower gnd
"battery +" coming from top vin

now I've seen this http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com...ntary-Latching and am not really sure about how I am meant to go ahead wiring this, mostly being confused about where the battery - goes, the switch -, the led -, and what a switchable socket is :/

I am a complete noob to this stuff so feel free to bombard me with derp memes but help would be appreciated

Assuming you have the converter sold in the store here, you'll wire it up like the diagram you linked.

Any and all negatives will go to one of the GND pads on the converter board. Doesn't matter which.
The switch mechanism itself (not the switch LED, just the switch) will connect to the two switch pads. Switches don't have polarity, so you don't need to worry about which wire goes to which pad.
Your switch LED and main LEDs (+) will be connected to one of the VOUT pads.
The battery (+) will connect to the VIN pad.
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.

    What about the powerjack?

The recharge port? You'll actually end up wiring the battery to the recharge port, and then wiring the recharge port to the converter board.

Download one of the sound board manuals from the store here (doesn't matter which, they all have the recharge port diagram in them).

Battery (+) goes to the red wired terminal in the diagram. VIN also connects to that same terminal.
Battery (-) goes to the black wired terminal in the diagram.
Connect GND to the green wired terminal (labeled "Board (-)" ) in the diagram.
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.
