US Saber Upgrades

Hey guys Ive been looking to upgrade my US Dark Sentinel v4 & US Prophecy v3 from stunt sabers to sabers with sound. I'm looking to do a chassis system but I'm unsure of which chassis disc version would lock in place with a pommel. Both sabers are - 1.45" wide. Also if I have a SF 12w Medium Blue led module what resistor would I need to use for a 3.7v 18650 + NB setup?

Chassis Disk 5 was made to lock in place with a pommel.

Though I personally prefer Chassis Disk 4 which screws into the female section before screwing the Pommel down on top.

Thanks for the info! Wouldn't Chassis Disk 4 cause alot of twisting of the wires?

Depends how you use it.

When I use it, I screw in that part with the rest of the Chassis first, then connect the switch and LED to the rest with JST connectors afterwards, so nothing has to get twisted.
