I will post that pic tomorrow sgcdialler. That white wire is the switch led, i guess i could move it to main positive?
There are no accent led's or other blinkies on the saber, so put it to board +?

If you want it on at all times when the kill key is pulled, it would be connected to the 3.3V pad

Great. Hopefully that will help us narrow down your issue.

This. Don't forget the appropriate resistor.

Good call FJK, i only want it on while the saber is on.
Could i just run it to the Cex positive, since it's connected to the board positive anyway?
Otherwise I'd have to splice it longer.
Edit : it has a dynaohm on it

There is also a 3.3V pad on the CEX that you could use.

And this one is not an accent pad, it will act like a normal board +?
I need to find a better Cex diagram

Okay all, here's the 2 diagrams I was going by, and what I could get out of the manual as well.

So I disconnected the Cex and pulled the kill key, nothing at all. At least before I knew I was getting power as the green would come on.

Out of curiosity, has the positive power lead from the battery to the CF or CEx been connected at any time while you've been soldering on each board, respectively?

The positive is the last to be soldered for me, no sd card in and kill key in
