It's Friday, lunchtime at work and I need to entertain myself while I get my grub on. Has anyone every tried this in real life? Here are the results of that endevour:

I think that would cost more money than it's worth. I have goofed around on the builder and made some gun shaped designs but never as anything serious. It is much more likely that I'll 3D print my blaster parts when I'm ready to build it.
I usually do my concept art at work just using MSPaint and then 3D models at home.
