    No. You order it separately. The store sells chargers for either 3.7 volts, or 7.4 volts. Or you could get the smart charger and set it for the voltage you need.

    No idea. Sorry. The smart charger is in stock right now...

    Forgot to mention that you would need this adapter for the smart charger. I also got a JST adapter so my battery could charge while I soldered my recharge port.
