Yep! It's a modified version 27. The reason it is machined like that is because it is designed to take rods placed around the emitter. I took them out to weather it and really digged the look so I didn't put them back in. It reminds me of the grenade section from Obi-Wan's ANH hilt.

How did you etch the Aurebesh? Was it stamped? It looks great! I also like the way you adapted the claw mount. Very cool!
