    Default Help with first build

Hey Guys, first build here and I could use some help with the internals of my saber.

The design as it stands now:

Cant afford to add sound now but may do further down the track, I'm planning on getting purple blade colour using a custom R/G/B Tri-Cree using the method detailed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbHpTKiLfA4 but I'm a bit confused about the power system. Li-ion seems the best option but I live outside of the US so would have to purchase it locally, what would the advantages be in going Li-ion over 4AAA and vice-versa?
Also, would I be able to fit the electronics I need inside the 5" double female extension that I am using for the main body?

Thanks for your help, excited to start building!

Li-ions will be able to properly power a multi-LED setup, where 4AAA's have a very low runtime, and can't generate the current you need to run 2 dice to make purple.

"Yeah, yeah, I've heard it all before... you want blindingly bright, super loud, running 1138 blinkies off of the cheapest sound card you can find AND you want all of it to run on a battery the size of a dime, and run for a very, VERY long time. That one cracks me up every time..."

    Thanks for the reply,
Is there some sort of guide on internal chassis? I had planned on using a similar Li-ion setup as madcow does in this:https://youtu.be/pOpUSCsXXhk but it appears that particular chassis is no longer available, or I can't find it.

I'll take "You can't find it" for $1,000. - Look under the sound section in the store, it's with the speaker holders.
