Thread: Battery with JST connector

    Default Battery with JST connector

    Stupid question but....

Whats the easiest way to wire negative and positive leads (with a tri cree) so that you can use a JST battery? Obviously getting your line in place, adding your appropriate resistors then at some point connecting a female JST to them? I am just building a no sound saber for now, with a momentary switch (and the 2.5 -7 v, momentary to latching board) to a 3.7v 18000mah panasonic w/jst connectors.

    Thanks!

Everything (battery, led, and switch) will be connected to the momentary to latching converter board, so you really only need one jst connector from the board to the battery. You could put jst connectors between the board and switch, and the board and led, if you want.

Jst connectors are a pain to crimp...but make it easier to dismantle your saber for upgrades and maintenance.
