I got it done in time to take the kids trick or treating. It rained pretty hard, and I found out lightsabers aren't very water tight. No damage to the electronics.

Yesterday, I got the chassis put together for sound.

Still need to drill out the holes for the PLI and in the pommel. I haven't decided if I'm going to drill out for the recharge port or not.

I found out that the MWS NB using the chassis disks doesn't quite fit, and the corners had to be trimmed off.
