    Default graflex pins from the store tap size?

    anyone happen to know the tap size for the graflex pins in the store?

    I think that they are 4/40. I am not sure though. Hopefully someone else here can chime in and say for sure. If all else fails, I have blade holder 20 so I'll test it with a 4/40 rod tomorrow and tell you for sure.

    I just tried some 4-40 nuts I remembered I had and they will thread but are loosey goosey so 3-48 is probably it. I was just looking at that thread too must have skimmed over it. Thanks darth chasm

    They are 3-48 thread. Also, a 1/8" socket (which I seriously doubt you will ever find in any walk-in store and thus will have to buy online) works perfectly for installing and removing them. However if there is too much chrome plating on the inside of the 1/8" socket (like there was on mine), you may need to file some of that off.
