    Are there any tips or tricks to getting set pins out of MR or Hasbro saber hilts? Where would I be able to get replacements if i decided to just bore them out?

    well if you cant get them out with a hammer and punch then drill them out.
    I've converted 3 MR lightsabers and never needed to reuse the pins so you don't really need replacements.
