You can try to cut the screws and then grind rough cuts so they thread in. Just take your time and be careful. As for the holes, next time make sure you let the shop know you want them to line up and that they have all the parts in order to do so.

Thanks for your tips.
I sent the following picture as an attachement to my order. So the covertec clip is correctly on the opposite side of the switch hole. Only the blade holder is not in line.
I thought the picture would show that it should be in line.

But it is how it is. I'm gonna try to fix it
