    Default Tightening 4-40 Button Head

How do you all go about screwing in/tightening the 4-40 button head screw for the activation boxes?

I thought that using this would work: 2015-05-16 22.21.48.jpg

but even that is too big to fit the 4-40 button head. I've used a pair of needlenose pliers to get it pretty snug, but its still a bit loose.
    Any help would be appreciated!

I use the correct size allen wrench for the 4-40 button head screws...I don't have the exact size memorized, but there is one that will fit it.

Wow, that's a pretty tiny sized allen wrench. I thought that my toolbox would have something that would work but it looks like it's not sufficient.
Thanks for confirming that there's a proper sized allen wrench for the job!

    The correct size is 1/16th.

Be very careful when tightening it. I was going full speed and stripped mine. I consider myself an expert at accidentally stripping screws, but this one required very little effort to do it was impressive. Take it slowly.
