    Welcome to the forum
The nano biscotte v2 will be a good choice for your first saber
I would suggest checking out Madcow's invaluable YT tutorial on building a basic saber, he will show you all the parts you need
    Good luck Saberfreak

A collection of YouTube videos, useful for saber building: http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com...utorial-Videos

Also, there's no need to make the same post multiple times. We'll see it, don't worry.

"Yeah, yeah, I've heard it all before... you want blindingly bright, super loud, running 1138 blinkies off of the cheapest sound card you can find AND you want all of it to run on a battery the size of a dime, and run for a very, VERY long time. That one cracks me up every time..."

That would be what we refer to as an "econo board" and it'll work just fine. See this post for instructions on using it in a custom saber: http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com...w-DVD-Tutorial

Meanwhile, while I am waiting when the most pieces are back in stock that I want, I have made this belt hanger.
