This looks like Vader's saber, but re-engineered. Like Kylo recovered it and tried his best to fix it. Look at the body...

You know, that would make a lot of sense. Especially with melted Vader helmet from the new trailer.

Vader's Saber was destroyed on the 2nd Death star it fell down the reactor shaft remember? Kylo's Saber looks nothing like Vader's Saber to me.
