Default HELP!!! I think i screwed up

okay so I think I messed up. I ordered one of the momentary to latching converters. But I think I got the wrong one. I got the 2.5v-7.0v but I plan on using a 7.4v battery pack. I didn't realize untill I was checking on my order that it disnt go to 7.4v. Will this be a huge issue or is there a way to use it running 7.4v?

Methinks you'll be placing another order.

If only that were possible. No more money left in the saber funds. Guess I am gonna try to find a resistor so I can use my 3.4v battery.

Anyone know if a 5v regulator will fix this issue?

Are you using a sound board? If so, which one?

If not, then you should be able to use a 5v regulator to drop the voltage from the pack down to an appropriate level. You'll end up with some extra heat to dump, so make sure that regulator is attached to something as a heat sink.
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.

okay so you can run that with a 7.4 volt battery pack it doesn't burn up at least not so far anyway.
