Default Switch question for FX Maul conversion

Hi TCSS forum members, I'm janus. Because I'm noob in saber customization and Japanese, so sorry for saying hard to understand.

When I tried to luxeon conversion of my FX Maul with removable blade, unfortunately I damaged and broke original sound board.
So I am thinking to replace it to Nano Biscotte.
On owners manual, it is said that "Handles only momentary switches for blade activation", but original Maul FX switch is slide alternate one.
Is it possible to activate blades by handle original switch "manually and rapidly" turn on and off ?
Or must I replace original switch to other momentary switch ?

I couldn't find answers for this question on this forum.
If you have answers or know threads about same question, please help me.

Thank you for your kind regards,

I've never actually looked at the switch on that saber, but I reckon you could possibly replace it with one of these: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/SP...itch-P285.aspx or this: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/SP...itch-P261.aspx. The difficulty would be trying to figure out how to get the knob to work properly. The easier option would be just to drill the original switch out and place a new momentary switch in instead.

I happened to find a video in which the guy swapped a nano in his Maul FX: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b0vR9A5XKQA. So he did the first option by adding a tactile switch that you can still twist the switch down to activate. He said he modified the plastic around the switch so it turned down just enough. Hope this helps you out and you get everything in working order.

Thanks a lot for your Quick reply.
It is so helpful for me.
I would like to confirm again, you said it is necessary replacing switch to momentary, right?
In the movie you showed, I would see he uses original switch and at about 1:07 he turned it on by rotating motion then turned counterwise soon when activate blade.
Is that tactile switch? I am so confused!
I am not good at listening...XD
