I need help with my control box placement.

I am in the home stretch for the final build of my light saber and have settled on this design: SaberBuilder_render.jpg. My only remaining issue is the placement of a control box placement or aux, and activation buttons. Is there a special way i can get the 4" Deep fluted double female threaded connector milled so it can hold a Brass Activation box style 2? I am good without the activation box as well but I am just looking for a way to fit the activation and aux switches in without changing any parts. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you for your time.

you can just have a 16 mm VA switch hole done not box needed. Just make sure you have the short switch. same for the aux. You can also alway call Tim and talk with him I am sure he can help you.
