Wiring Check: Prizm + Tri-Rebel R/G/B

Hello all! Yet another babe in the woods looking for a little wiring wisdom...

I've read the manual cover to cover, and crawled the forums for a couple days now to make sure I'm not asking any very common questions yet again (though I'm sure I still will), now I'm just looking for a pro's double-check of the wiring on my Prizm + Tri-Rebel R/G/B build so I don't torch a $115 sound card doing something stupid.

The biggest question I have is: The manual for the Prizm clearly shows a diagram wherein the resistor is inline between the negative pads of the LED dies and the board, rather than to the positive pads (first image) I'm confused... I always assumed that resistors went along the positive connections so as to reduce the current BEFORE it gets to a component. Am I missing something here?

Any other glaring issues with my planned wiring?

Resistors can go on either the positive side or the negative side. It doesn't really matter which. The best advice is to just be consistent with your wiring.

The exception to this is the DynaOhm resistor. It always goes on the positive side.

So... no board-frying connections otherwise? The rest looks good?

It also needs to go on in a certain way, i.e. their's an input prong and an output prong on the DynaOhm, right?

For a DynaOhm you hook the IN to the positive of the battery and the OUT to the + on the LED. You can see one hooked up in the picture here.. http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/MW...lack-P912.aspx
