Default First Build. Will all of these parts work together?

Hey guys I'm planning on building my first saber. I have a parts list I've made by watching videos and such. Just wondering if these will all work together or if there are things I need to change.
    4AA battery holder
    Luxeon Rebel Star LED (Amber)
    BuckPuck 700mA 6-wire
    Luxeon Rebel Lens Holder
Collimator lens 8.7 deg viewing angle
    (2) 4-40 nylon screws
    Copper MHS LED heatsink(old style)
    Old style heatsink adaptor
    Premium 28mm speaker
MHS mount V3 for 28mm speaker
16mm anti vandal momentary stainless switch
    2.1mm power jack
    Kill plug style 5
Also idk where to get a sound module because TCSS is out of stock on all of them

    Welcome to the Forums!

If you use a sound card, then you won't need a buckpuck. Once you have a complete list, then we can look it all over.

"Yeah, yeah, I've heard it all before... you want blindingly bright, super loud, running 1138 blinkies off of the cheapest sound card you can find AND you want all of it to run on a battery the size of a dime, and run for a very, VERY long time. That one cracks me up every time..."

Toss the nylon screws, old style heatsink and adapter, and just get the v3 or v4 heatsink, and a thermal pad http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/St...-pad-P483.aspx

Which sound board were you looking at getting? None of them are compatible with a BuckPuck, for various reasons. Your sound board of choice will determine the power supply you need. 4xAA alkalines aren't recommended for sound builds. Usually it's one or two li-ions, depending on the particular board you're using.
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.

I'm not sure what sound board. Anything really. But all of the sound modules are out of stock so I don't know where else to find those

Thanks! Trying to figure everything out before I make a parts list then. I've been told it's easier to start out by building one with no sound but I would rather learn what I can and find out what I need and just start with a saber that has sound. Appreciate all of the help!

They'll probably be back in stock after New Years.

You will want one of these: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/MPS-Clip-P72.aspx to hold your pommel insert in place.

Other than that, you're looking good. You will want a chassis of some sort to hold your electronics. You can use the chassis parts from the store: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Ch...Parts-C74.aspx or you can make your own out of PVC, 3d printing, etc.
