"Yeah, yeah, I've heard it all before... you want blindingly bright, super loud, running 1138 blinkies off of the cheapest sound card you can find AND you want all of it to run on a battery the size of a dime, and run for a very, VERY long time. That one cracks me up every time..."

Does that help?
Would an etching video be a possibility? Whatever your choice method is.
Some etching can be dangerous and it would be cool to have a go to video to see how a pro does it safely.
I know this might be a little vague but maybe a video going into the preplanning and design iteration stage of how you approach saber design. As an production artist, I'm used to thumbnails, iterative sketches etc and going from there but I know that there are many was to approach it and it would be fascinating to see your approach and how you plan in the things that lead to the sheer beauty and remarkable toughness of your work
Has this one been done? Whether it's because the completed blades are out-of-stock or it's because one wants to build EVERYTHING from the ground up:
What parts are needed, how to assemble a completed blade, and what options one has when assembling a completed blade.
Would it be possible to provide a video on how to properly apply powder coating for the DIY crowd? Another idea for a video I would like to see is how to install a hidden recharge port in the hilt that would not require a kill key protruding from the surface of the hilt. I saw you do this with your awesome Coran Horn saber run! Thanks!
