    Parts.jpgAnd so it begins. With the help of a lot of great Jedi Knights or Sith Lords (Not my place to ask ) I am now getting started. I have not come up with a name yet so throw your suggestions out.

    Does it matter what type of resistor is used (wire wound or metal oxide)or, as long as it matches your needs it does not matter?

    It can, but mainly due to the metal type resistors having the possibility of shorting against the inside of the hilt should their coating become damaged or scratched. Try to stick with carbon type or ceramic if possible.

    Running slow but here is a pic of the LED wiring. I an using the red,green and blue to match the LED's.LEDs wiring.jpg

    What sort of chassis infrastructure are you using to hold it all together?

    I was thinking about PVC chassis but might re think it. Tempest is a good name. Any meaning to it?
