Default 16mm Anti Vandal Latching Switch NOT from TCSS

I have noticed that there were no 16mm anti vandal latching switches at TCSS without a colored ring or dot. Having looked at all the 16mm anti-vandal latching switches that TCSS has in its store, I went to Amazon and found a stainless steel 16mm anti-vandal latching switch.

Could this be used on a lightsaber built with MHS parts and a MWS or any electronics sold at TCSS?

Oh hey one more thing, is it possible to wire any 16mm latching switch from TCSS (with rings or dots), while neglecting the LED prongs and only soldering the wires to the switch prongs?

Of course. Just because it has a LED doesn't mean that you nee to connect it.
