Will they fit into this: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Hi...e-4--P866.aspx
(I'm talking about these chassis disks: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Ac...k-S3-P813.aspx)
I ask b/c on my last saber, they didn't fit into the hilt...

They should, yes. I've yet to get a set of those type of chassis disks that were outright not going to fit. I always dry-fit the disks into the hilt piece just to make sure, as there's always a chance they're too snug and need a little very gentle sanding... Where I've run into chassis issues with them (ok, in truth with any chassis) is in not cutting my spacers square, which produces a not-straight chassis assembly. Since those discs fit fairly snug, then the thing has a hard time going into the hilt. I've not had that problem when I've used the Shop's pre-cut pieces.
I can't remember the last time I didn't use them. If they're not sliding in easily, don't be afraid to take some sand paper to them and sand them down a little bit until they slide in without issue.
Thanks, mates
