Hopefully this is correct, please let me know If I am to wire anything differently.

I am planning on using an 18650 with a illuminated red switch and Rebel LED.

Looks right to me. If you're planning on hooking up everything with JST connectors, be advised that they'll take up a lot more room than you'd expect. Wiring everything directly will save you a ton of space in your hilt.

Alright thank you. Should I remove the JST from the LED and connect it to 24AWG wire, or should I buy a female JST for that particular piece?

A JST on your LED is not bad. It makes swapping out different colors much easier. If you don't think you'll be changing it out, then you should be fine wiring it in directly.
