Tim used to have them if I remember right. I had mine 3d printed but who knows if you ask Tim may mill one for you.

Talk to Tim, he may be persuaded to turn down one of his existing BH's (mhs) to the size you need. You just need the ID of the Heiland flash... 1.42" if I am not mistaken

Measured the inner diameter of my flash handle and apperently it is compatible with the MR or Hasbro FX Vader conversion kit. With my flash handle's ID of 1.375 "
