ok minus the hilt tube and end cap for the tube what would i need to make the hilt. i want the parts from Master Strydur

Well, I have not built one yet, but my parts are on the way.

- 1x polyC 1" OD blade
- 1x inner blade diffuser
- 1x 1" 1/2-round acrylic tip
- 1x 1" emitter
- 1x switch
- 1x LED Lux III
- 1x 2.2 ohm, 5 watt resistor
- 1x LED lens (your choice of 5 or 10deg)
- 1x LED/lens mount
- battery holder of some kind (modular hilt system fits 4AAA) + batteries
- grip material of your choice (Tim sells classic "t-grips" )
- optional: d-ring OR covertec clip
*NOTE: one thing I just thought of, and have emailed Tim about: the emitter will need a threaded screw to hold the blade in. I'm not sure whether the MHS LED emitters have this or not.

The blade holder screw is the only thing I leave for you all to do. Some people like them on the top..some on the bottom etc.. Also it would have been a pain to figure out where to drill the hole before you screw the emitter to the hilt. Maybe I will offer this as a service.

Tim,

Will the blade holder for the MHS still work with the sink tube hilt? If not when will you be getting more of the other type blade holders if you are getting anymore?

What I will be doing is getting a adapter that makes the MHS emitter and end caps work with 1.5" sink tubes.

What is the difference between the 5 and 10 degree LED lens? I know basically what they do, but I need a visual image. Could someone take a picture of them next to each other?
